Getting Here
Where exactly is the studio?+
Suite #105 at 329 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC — on the ground floor of the building. Look for a small Navi&Co plaque at the entrance.
Is there parking nearby?+
Yes. Metered street parking is available along Columbia St and 4th St. There is also a public parkade on Front St, a 3-minute walk away. Evenings and weekends are typically easier to find a spot.
How accessible is it by SkyTrain?+
Very. We are a 2-minute walk from Columbia Station (Expo Line). Exit toward 4th St / Columbia St and walk one block east.
Before Your Appointment
Can I bring a design reference?+
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Save a few moodboard images, a colour, a fabric swatch, anything. Complex designs are tiered by time and may need to be quoted in advance.
Policies
Cancellations & rescheduling+
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you can. Early notice helps us offer your time to another client.
Late arrivals+
Please arrive on time — even 10 minutes early to settle in. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the deposit forfeit. We schedule one client at a time and cannot extend into the next appointment.
Children and guests+
As a quiet private studio, we kindly ask that you come alone. We are not able to accommodate children or additional guests during your appointment.
Retention guarantee+
If a nail lifts or pops off within 14 days of your appointment, we will repair it at no charge. Damage beyond that window is repaired at our standard fix rate.
